after washing my hair, my hair look dry and clean....but after 3 days my scalp and hair become oily and i need it to wash again....my hair never would get oily so fast before....I guess that's why i don't have so mush dandruff any more, because shampoos helps the scalp reproduce the oil

I just start using this products: Freederm zinc and сульсен форте you only can get them from Russia ...after 2 weeks using them i did not have dandruff at all.....now I still see some flakes in the front only little bit, because i been using head and shoulders some times. Now i am only going to use Freederm zinc and сульсен форте never gona to mix with over shampoo

I don't want to gross people out. Only one thing worked for me...

No more shampoo...I only put vinegar in my hair in the shower (apple cider, not white like he said), and I leave it in. It only smells when your hair is wet. :P

But I went from horrible, horrible dandruff and itchy scalp to no itch, no dandruff. I should note, I shower every day, but I only coat my hair with the vinegar every 2-3 days depending on how it feels.

I never knew that you had to KEEP rotating shampoos thats gay. I tried Selsym Blue that first that didn't do shit. Then I tried T GEL and that didn't work either. A dermatologist recommended Head and Shoulders refresh to me and that worked like magic. It makes my hair really smooth too!

Now those annoying little flakes are BACK. I never knew you had to KEEP rotating I thought once you find a good shampoo you can stick with that. What should I do?

i use sulfur 8. i shampoo followed by a good conditioner then sulfur 8 grease. i had sd for god knows how long. sulfur 8 really works for me but the grease is very greasy so don't over do it.

i tried listerine the other night and it did affect my dandruff tremendously. usually if i use a dandruff shampoo and the dandruff would start to come back after about a day or so. But with listerine it controlled it a lot better. I plan on applying it again to get rid of the problem completely

The best one there (to start with) is probably Selsun blue. It stinks like shit the entire day, but after around the 3rd day or so you won't have to use it for like 2 months or so. You can continue to use your same shampoo. And when the dandruff (if it ever does) comes back use it again. It's a really helpful shampoo. Remember, Selsun Blue.
