  • With rapid rise yeast there is no need to dissolve it in water first....you simply mix it in with your dry ingreds then add your usual water amount. It saves the pre-proofing step. Would have been nice to see the final rise, and finished loaves. Thks for sharing though

  • This channel could come in handy for me, really it can. Let my mom and mentor (a.k.a. ma) tell you, I AM NOT a cook, not when it comes to getting down in the kitchen. They make it look sooo easy.
