In 1986 i went on holiday to ibiza with some mates, i played this full blast on my ghetto blaster by the pool over and over again, we were asked to leave the hotel, it drove all the "unwise" mad,, especially the screams and barking. I love this track, still have it on vinyl, but a much longer version than this one

Nope. He says, "Can you?" I remember arguing with my friend in the car on the way to Jubilation in Chicago Heights in early '87 while listening to WBMX. He was right. I can't remember what I thought he was saying, just not "Can you?"
