It's a joke with some history on it.

There was a quote of Ryu saying you must defeat Sheng Long to stand a chance, which was a result of mistranslation. As the actual quote is "you must defeat my shoryuken" but sf players assumed that Sheng long is Ryu's master or something. For something people were demanding to see sheng long in a sf game, so Capcom agreed, but they bring Gouken who was supposed to be dead. So Gouken=Sheng Long and "You must defeat me to stand a chance"=LOL

I feel SSF4 has diluted DeeJay down a bit into what basically is a modified Guile character thrown on in haste. His standing HK used effectively would serve decent damage for starters into some other nasty shit/pokes/combos- his crouching HK (slide) lost its mustard & yes that Gouken player is a beastly bastard.

Wow that was one of the more loose goukens. I've seen very good combos and gameplay but unpredictable in a sense very nice plus he did the right combos without going overboard so his damage scaling was minimum nice

@AzuroMasurao well the deejay was close stun. the 1 combo at 1:25 did 745 stun alone and 470 damage. then he traded a standing fierce which does 200 stun. thats 945 stun which is crazy and add on the 150 stun from the parry u have a dizzy dee jay. this gouken is great.
