One of my proffesors from college said that people have offered to help and the person like does not care. They do not want help they want to rip people off.
lol... Me and my wife actually gave this woman some money and food. She gave us the whole spill about her husband being disabled and how she was getting back on her feet. We told her to visit our church and they might could help her out more. She never came, go figure. That's been well over 3 years ago. I still see her at Walmart through the week.
Panhandling is one the quickest and easiest ways to get money! so to this person this is prolly their equivalency to a J.O.B....I'm just saying...
