@PanteraFistPrint this is meant to be done sitting down. There are other Sheng Zhen forms that are standing type though. Some of the moves are the same, in sitting and standing, like number 5.
Lots of open and close of the joints. Deliberate slow pace to maximize blood flow. Some shaking technique too ... all these things I see here would definitely contribute to better health and practiced consistently substantial rejuvenation of the body and healing.
Can this be done standing up as well?
