So believe it or not, it is possible to like more than one comedian; i love all the one's i mentioned because in the end, they do their job, which is to make me laugh. If you don't like a particular comedians style of comedy, relax, theirs a million more to choose from. That doesn't make that particular comedian horrible, they just don't appeal to you.

Most of the time the comedians don't perform the same brand of comedy: Dane Cook-funny as hell about everyday things; Daniel Tosh- absurd and edgy while not being offensive; Lewis Black-topical/political; Bill Maher-edgy and truthful about politics/government; Jim Gaffigan-Hilarious about food,holidays, and religion;Demetri Martin-genius use of props and a little odd, but hilarious and makes you look at things from a whole new angle.
