Lets face it, people who do remixes are just butt jockeys who dont have any talent to write songs so they butcher other peoples music.

i agree in some cases but its the imagination that is the most important in a remixer, where they can take the song. Sometimes people hear and love the remix first and get to hear the original and end up loving that song because of it and visa versa original first then remix. For a perfect remix it can go in any direction, i guess keeping to its true form would be a start Some remixes only have a very small section of the vocals others are full on vocals same arrangement.remix is exploration lol

@wmil65 Uh, that's not true. Lots of "people who do remixes" (they're called DJs, and producers) make their own songs and write some (if not all, in some DJ's cases) as well. They even make cds as well.

Absolutely GREAT!!Personally i don't like too much the dance remixes of ballads songs but in this occasion i think it's one of the best results,after David Morales' remix of Tony Braxton's "Un-break my heart" .HUGE! ;-D

This is great!! These aren't the original vocals from 1984. I think these are either the vocals from when Cyndi re-recorded her hit acoustically for "The Body Acoustic" or they're vocals that were possibly recorded just for this remix.
