the e means i went above the digit limit and it put it in standard form. the 23 after the e means it's got 23 digits. after i got to this the score wouldn't change no matter how many astronauts i hit, meaning that this is the highest score possible. i win,

@somethingsalwayscook I think it was a mouse, but I can't remember and my laptop has a track pad as well. But I think it was probably a mouse :)
