Manager threatened to beat him up, chef stopped. Same chef bullied me. I ignored him, talked to him, talked to managers. Didnt work. I threatened to beat chef up, offered him out. He backed down and stopped.

Bullying is a way for weaker or sad people who feel weak or less powerful so they decide to targey WEAKER people. In my opinion bullies a cowards.

Those that don't get through it take themselves out of the gene pool and eliminate the weaker thats natural selection. @CaliCabalistic lol. So, bullying is the same as facing challenges? I have learned 100X more from challenges in life than I have had experiences with bullies. Plus, not everyone can adapt at the same level. So by you saying that "Bullying is necessary" you are saying that there's a certain percentage that wont "get through it" and become a casualty? Not everyone can deal with it. Do you see the suicides that happen? The drug use? The drop out rates?

No, I learned how to defend myself to stop that bullying and it made me a better and stronger person. It showed me how to defend other people that are being bothered. And that made me more empathetic. Bullying is a huge necessity. Bullying in school and war killing people are two totally different things.

@juicysquidlad No, there was discussion of how the schools had anti-bullying policies in place. The hard fact is that these anti-bullying policies are BULLSHIT and do nothing to sort out these conflicts before something drastic (like what happened above in the video) happens.

A chef at work kept bullying this girl. She ignored him, didnt work. Managers spoke to him, didnt work. Chef got more aggressive and made her cry.
Manager threatened to beat him up, chef stopped. Same chef bullied me. I ignored him, talked to him, talked to managers. Didnt work. I threatened to beat chef up, offered him out. He backed down and stopped.
Bullies only understand one language....fists. We shouldnt encourage violence but sometimes you have to do it. Fact.
