  • I dont care if you do 10,000 per day, it still will NOT develop the washboard look unless you adapt your eating habits also- I think the title "getabsinaweek" is very misleading.....sell yourself honestly--do you really think diet does not contribute to awesome abs?

  • your doing more cardio than a workout abs are all about resistance and tension no need for speed. but it def is a good fat burner slow intense movements

  • I'm a skinny dude but the abbs are the hardest to get. My arms are well shaped. It's just my abbs that I'm having a hard time with.

  • @ThezMyTH eat brussel sprouts, broccoli etc etc. they help in losing the stubborn belly.^_- meat: well red meat is good for muscles since its high in protein but chicken breast is also good too. if you're a little on the chubby side, then you might want to cut down on how many meals you eat a day. but the main important meals of the day are Breakfast, and Lunch. you need them if you're gonna work out. and once a day should be fine, cause you dont want to strain your body.^_^ peace

  • @ithalien Spinning is good but just give a little help to your six pack to 'grow'. Lifting will not help you very much, the best things to do air, some of these excercises, and push-ups. and if you can pull-ups. ;) but many times !!!!!!!

  • @moneymike554 every other day. meaning train abs one day. take a rest next day. then back to abs the day after. and dont worry you wont over train your abs.

  • @LilWeezyAddiction when your muscles are engaged. momentum helps. that goes with any excercise. Their called cheat reps and with high volume training with abs its very effective simply because the blood surrounding your abs are higher in oxygen that means you can do this routine for the abs and get away with murder lol.

    i do something similar every other day too.

  • when you do the leg lifts how do you keep it from hurting your lower back or your head from comming off the floor?

  • @krazykattmakeup55 You may use a folded tower under your lower back or your own hands, otherwise you may hurt your back, about the neck is all about practice to keep it steady... ; )

  • at least 15 min of ab excercises every other day seems to be working for me im 49 but the fat around the waist requires cardio it not easy for a man thou.

  • you need strong lower back muscles for this workout, otherwise your back will ache quickly
