@ThezMyTH eat brussel sprouts, broccoli etc etc. they help in losing the stubborn belly.^_- meat: well red meat is good for muscles since its high in protein but chicken breast is also good too. if you're a little on the chubby side, then you might want to cut down on how many meals you eat a day. but the main important meals of the day are Breakfast, and Lunch. you need them if you're gonna work out. and once a day should be fine, cause you dont want to strain your body.^_^ peace

@ithalien Spinning is good but just give a little help to your six pack to 'grow'. Lifting will not help you very much, the best things to do air, some of these excercises, and push-ups. and if you can pull-ups. ;) but many times !!!!!!!

at least 15 min of ab excercises every other day seems to be working for me im 49 but the fat around the waist requires cardio it not easy for a man thou.
