Indian army personnel need not participate in political meeting, because we have political system well in place. Moreover, even if an Indian leader goes there, Pakistanis might not have patience and respect to listen the tough answers (however intellectual) as Indians display to a guest (even to an enemy) - on the contrary, I fear some crazy people might start shooting right there.

Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto was ruling at that time then Genral Zia a hypcrate got power in Pakistan he spread Fanticsm in order to combat USSR in afganistan and to combat revolution in Iran too. so in zia period we had sectarian Violence although ,ordianory people has no concern with that violence. let me add the two major problems in Pakistan the fight for independent judiciary and zardari through NRO were created by Musharraf. These problem may lead to another coup or a destabalization of the present Government. But these problems have definately led to a very week foundation for democracy.
