But just as I got to 6 months on JSA (when they start sending you on pointless courses) one place I applied to responded and I'm now a "Food & Beverage Assistant" at a hotel! It's my first paying job, and I've been there 2wks now. I guess it's going ok, all the people working there seem nice. Tho it can get a bit busy there at times and they're a bit understaffed (which prob explains why they employed me LOL). I still make mistakes sometimes but prefer it much better than the volunteering place

I hated it too, kinda felt like I was getting in their way a bit. Basically, since I was on something called Job Seekers Allowance for 6 months I had to do something in the meantime while I wasn't doing anything, plus I had to gain some experience as nobody would respond when I applied for paying jobs.
