god i remember how much the music of the snes version freaked me out...much more haunting the the rocked out version of the original...

8 bit has this way of creeping you out. take the T-rex theme in Jurassic park for the snes, for example!

I was stuck in galbalans islend for SOO long! Lol. i didn't know you had to hold backwards on the control pad when you fall down the big hallway.

I always just use the key command to make the screen visible, myself (I'll explain that in my walkthrough, of course)

What was with the random pictures of the battle armour on the walls? i always thought that they meant something important.

I think some of them are supposed to signify when to go left in the wall when you jump down, but I'm not sure.

Now that's being a fan! Gotta agree with you, though. After not playing the game for years, I had only a vague memory of most of the bosses, and I couldn't even remember what Galbalan looked like, yet Garland? Remembered him easily. He's just...memorable, that way.

Wonder if this will be on the virtual console to download for wii? I enjoyed this game and I know they did Y's I and II so I was hoping for III as well. I'd get it.
