Great sound! Im on g body forum also, I have a 442 and had a salon parts car. check it out sometime if you get a chance im 86-blk442 I have a build thread going I need to update it I just added a complete Spohn suspension and now it really handles like shes on rails! anyways super clean I love it!

quick question for you, do all 307's have power like this, and have a similiar sound, obvioulsy with muffler varietys. but did you do anything special to yours, cause im looking into getting a cutlass, and i want this kind of sound, but the power to back it up. my friend has a 302 in his 85 cougar, and it sounds somewhat similar to this, im just wanting to know what to look for and what not. i dont want an engine that sounds like a "normal" engine per say
@MigEffect being an oldsmobile - you can put an older oldsmobile V8 in there but unless you put in an overdrive transmission too your going to be killed at the pump - you could go with different heads, cam and intake... this might give you some kick but you want to ditch all the 1980s electronics under the hood because you cant "chip" these old things...

Nice cutty! I've found an '87 Supreme Coupe. It's color is Rosewood Metallic & its got a burgundy vinyl top.. Overall, its in good condition, it just needs a couple new interior pieces, and one lower left fender trim panel.. The paint is amazing for its age, and the entire body only shows one dent, which I can pull out. The owner wants $2500, I think its a pretty fair price for the car.
My father has a '86 Cutlass Salon. We have replaced the front bumper and driver side door. We have to replace the rear end frame and the rear bumper all because we made the mistake of driving it in the winter. But with disipline from working on it will come the reward :) hey check out my channel I have vids of the Salon as she sits now (1-16-09). Awsome Cutlass by the way. i got an 85 cutlass salon and it has the Y model engine with only 140 hp? im takin that out rebuilding it and droppin a 383 in it...and if i ever sell the thing which i doubt i will ill just put it back in...since im not going to race it im still gonna keep the cat on it cause other wise it sounds like shit w/o it alot of cars around here do anywayz

@86CutlassUCF Go with an Olds 350/400.Longer stroke,more torque and it stays Oldsmobile.Those 403's are dogs.These cars look best with the body chrome and side trim delete.Is the blacked out grill and headlight buckets your doing or factory?Looks very nice.
Wow. Nice car! Those Flowtech headers sounds amazing. I am looking into getting a set or Hooker headers is another good one for the 307. Did you have to do anything with your steering rod. I know many people have clearance issues with those. Are you on any of the forums? I am on Oldspower and Gbodyforum.
