@andresc123 Actually, you have to hold the button down THROUGH the panic alarm in order to activate the emergency dial. So you're going to hear the ear-piercing panic alarm coming from your pocket before 911 is dialed. You will easily be able to deactivate it before making an accidental emergency call.

I will say this sounds like a great device, however as an answer to talking on the cell while driving, it seems to me, you still have to turn your attention away from your driving to see the flashing lights and hearing the ring. Also your still averting your attention to pressing the button and talking.
