@cudak888 Well, To be honest, speaking of Ernest, would you consider casting resin copies of Ernest's face to create the other facial expressions for him? It was pretty much the method which the TV series used to make facial emotions for each engine.

@ThomasandDBZ2010 - That's similar to what I had in mind - I intend to make an impression of the first face in a larger square of Sculpy III, harden that, then use it as a generic mold for new faces - at most, I'll have to revise the brow and mouth area.
