Yes, the "giants of doom" episode!...I always wondered why Apache Chief never called out "EEEE-NECK-CHUCK"!!!...( my cute pronounciation)he just stood there watching while Bizzaro, Captain Cold, Toyman and Sinestro were 50 ft tall giants!...Also dissapointing in the JLU series was the fact that Captain Cold was made out be sort of a wuss, and was no where near the powerful villian that he was in the original LOD...Ditto for Flash!...they made him into a goofey dunce in JLU, not a hardcore hero!

Well, since the Batman Adventures was airing at the same time DC decided that the major super villains of Batman could not appear on both shows, so it was decided that the major villains would be split up accordingly. In the last season of the Superfriends the Joker and Penguin did appear on the show for the first and only time. It's all on wikipedia if you want a more detailed description.
