  • We should start a nation wide burning of these government cash machines. Love it..

  • @truthbetoldni Hi, there are increasingly fewer static cameras nationally due to funding changes. They have been replaced with mobile enforcement, meaning there is no advance warning & could be anywhere.

When static cameras were prolific, they actually cost more to run than they generated, which is why the funding changed.

Every time a static camera is completely replaced, it costs the tax payer £30 - 40k.

  • @truthbetoldni You r so right, I think their should be a grant to cover gas n matchsticks

  • Great work guys !! now for the next one! and we hope 1000 copy cat videos----- fuck them with their crown revenue raising!

Take 2 asprin, lie down in a dark room for a week and come back and see me in 10 days

  • @ke175b3 Hi Al, there is no question that you feel compromised by events but still want your voice heard.

As I clearly stated when you first appeared, I have seen this many many times before.

  • @lollygaggle Like I said take 2 asprin, no make that 2 bottles of asprin, lie down in a dark room and dont bother me again, I will repeat this one last time for the hard of reading you are wrong about me but then again who really cares, if this is what you do for your kicks carry on, I only wish your channel wasn't hidden so I could block you

  • @ke175b3 Hi, Alastair my channel has never been 'hidden'.

Perhaps you'd like to declare your YouTube joining date by revealing your's?

Feel free to implement any moves that help maintain your compromised internal state.

  • @lollygaggle why should I reveal mine when yours still comes up as unavailable ? As soon as it becomes public viewing I will block you so we need never discuss anything again

  • @ke175b3 Hi Al, I repeat my channel has never been unavailable, never.

I can log out & see it quite plainly from the perspective of a non-user. What precisely can you not see? You easily accessed it to see the speed bumps.

  • @ke175b3 Hi Al, let me know when I am blocked.

  • @lollygaggle Hi, thanks for borin' me yup you are correct in everything you say, everything .... the earth is flat, beer is good for you, there is a god, good things happen to good people and all the rest

Speed humps ??? and BTW I still cannot access your poxy channel - it still says unavailable so I cannot block you and it says the same about all your other profiles including empire - I eventually figured it out - you are a deceptikon - have fun playing with yourself you prick

  • @ke175b3 Hi Al, no speed 'bumps'.

  • @ke175b3 Hi again Al, perhaps you would benefit from using the YouTube Help function, my channel has never been unavailable.

You are clearly doing something wrong.

  • @lollygaggle Thier is a splended song riten by Brian May, 6th on 3rd - I am afriad you are picking on an inorcent man but maybe dvlaman, tubbymarshall, evilbreebles etc etc etc all have the same IP adres as well,

this youtube pseudonym wil self destruct in 7 dayz

  • @BIEmpireTrooper Those hyphens are such difficult literary motifs to ditch aren't they?

  • @lollygaggle Now this poast is ace, there are 3 words I dont even no what they mean so I will say - whatever ? you deside

  • Hell to the hell yes! Burn that thing down for me.

"What fire, officer? I dint see nothing!"

  • @theohaigy What is the benefit of such criminal damage if the tax payer then foot the bill?

  • @lollygaggle bleed the beast.

"I am interested in anything about revolt, disorder, chaos-especially activity that seems to have no meaning. It seems to me to be the road toward freedom... Rather than starting inside, I start outside and reach the mental through the physical."

    Jim Morrison

  • @MedicalMarijuanaMini Is the current alternative not infinity worse? The entire UK operation has been forcibly morphed into a much more powerful manifestation of 'where is the next mobile camera'?

Your average motorist has removed the possibility of freedom to speed between known camera locations, to one of the infinitely unknown.

  • @lollygaggle "The only verdict is vengeance; a vendetta, held as a votive, not in vain, for the value and veracity of such shall one day vindicate the vigilant and the virtuous.”

  • I would like to say. 100% respect for this biker. you are a true benifit to the comunity and a saver of licences. 12 people like speed cameras above

  • part funded by your local council and paid for by us using our council tax, I love that biker....

  • @BongoOldChap That was partly true at the time the clip was filmed, but radically different now.

  • @BongoOldChap Council tax paid for speed enforcement?

    State your sources?

  • @lollygaggle are you the same troll that comes into my house at night and eats the shit out of the cats tray?

  • That's odd, your uploaded clips reveal otherwise.

Tell me, what is the rationale behind using your real name in a forum where you openly condone criminal activity, use expletives & bad language, want people to die at a certain age?

Do you call Algernon 'Al' too?

I appreciate why you very quickly adopted a different identity when things got sticky for you at the beginning. It's absolutely amazing what you can find out about people on the internet.

  • @XTee500 Hi, not on 192?

Recently, 192.com added records from the 2011 Edited Electoral Roll. 192.com’s other records come from Companies House Director Reports, the Land Registry, and Births Deaths and Marriages and Wales going back to 1837.

    You must be very old.

  • @XTee500 Hi, were you aware that the bass line solo is palindromic as only the first half was recorded & was then played backwards for the second half?

  • @XTee500 Oh dear;

alastairellis has replied to your comment on Biker deals with a speed camera:

@lollygaggle Ah ! but I wasnt asking your opinion so it didnt call for your approval

  • @XTee500 Hi, no I am quite happy to continue commenting on your contributions.

  • @MedicalMarijuanaMini What plaguarised literary contribution do you offer up to those villages & communities who are desperate for speed enforcement operations to improve their quality of life?

Speed enforcement is now self-funding, the state has no input.

  • @lollygaggle Speed enforcement is not just self-funding it's profitable to those villages & communities who are desperate for easy money.

A government big enough to give you everything you want, is strong enough to take everything you have. - Thomas Jefferson-

  • @MedicalMarijuanaMini Hi, you claim that villages & communities make easy money from speed enforcement. Can you explain in simple terms what your understanding of how this works, as you don't seem to have a clue about how this works?

  • @lollygaggle you're claiming that villages & communities don't make money from speed enforcement?

  • @MedicalMarijuanaMini Hi, speed enforcement has not been decriminalised in the UK, it can only be carried out by police or police staff. Communities have no input in the NIP/ticketing process & the resulting fines go through the ticket office & on into The Treasury.

When you say that villages make 'easy money' - elaborate?

    When

  • @lollygaggle sounds like y'all need more decentralization/states rights/freedom.

    ЯΞ√ΩLUT↑☼N

  • @MedicalMarijuanaMini Hi, I assume you are an American?

  • @lollygaggle villages & communities could use speed bumps.

  • @MedicalMarijuanaMini Hi, regarding your speed bump comment.

Yes, that is one option, but that wouldn't be their choice, more the local authority.

  • @XTee500 Hi, you will need to carry out your own research on such subjects.

Could you not simply check your own postal address?

  • @XTee500 Hi, thanks for responding.

  • Hi, thanks for responding.

    You were talking about Gatso housings, here is the quote;

'Speed camera on the A527, Brindley Ford...', this is opposite Finch Street & clearly a Gatso.

Perhaps you can narrow the search parameters by specifiying a constabulary, as there are no such career paths currently available as 'enforcement officials'. What role are you applying for precisely?

  • Comment removed

  • @XTee500 Hi, thanks for responding.

Petrol poured onto a Gatso housing will not stay in-situ & gradually heat the interior.

Can you please cite your sources for the entry-level qualifications?

  • @XTee500 Hi, thanks for responding.

Let's hope the food items are cooked sufficiently, for anyone attempting to set fire to a double skinned plate steel housing with petrol aren't exactly the sharpest of intellects.

  • @XTee500 Hi, no, the report actually goes like this & I quote;

'Just before Christmas the speed cameras on the A527 in Brindley Ford were bought back into action &loaded with film, in order to help reduce speeding through the village. Some motorists don't even bother to stop for people using the crossings. Mindless idiots decided to vandalise one by smashing the camera lens, climbing on top of the caseing & pouring petrol over it.'

  • that is so beautiful. good boys.

  • good lads

  • @GODxLIKExME Hi, the above was actually filmed to go on their DVD about riding at over 170mph on public roads. They were both subsequently arrested & footage of animal cruelty was found at their premises.

The tax payer also had to foot the bil for the criminal damage.

    Good? How so?

  • @watchdogcentral Hi, hate is a very powerful negative emotion, but you are quite correct, many people are not fond of bikers, so you are not alone.

  • @lollygaggle You're a top notch, well informed glorified sad cunt, please go back to gardening or your blow up doll, prick.

  • @BIRVS Hi, thanks for responding. My husband smiled at the doll comment.

  • 17 coppers disliked this video

  • @troglodyte3344 Hi, you don't believe it could simply be well informed members of the tax paying public?

  • @lollygaggle so you are saying that you agree with speed cameras and think they should be there?

  • @troglodyte3344 No, I am saying that the vast majority of individuals who pass some form of opinion upon speed enforcement have not the slightest clue about how it functions or the funding arrangements. Since 2007, the running costs have outweighed revenue, meaning they have cost more to operate than has been generated.

  • @lollygaggle Right well what has that got to do with my comment that I made about 17 coppers disliking the video? I really don't get why you replied to me in the first place.

  • @troglodyte3344 Because there is nothing to suggest that police were involved in the dislike voting.

  • @lollygaggle There is also nothing to suggest that police were not involved in the dislike voting. It seems that people are marking down your comments and insulting you here. It also seems that there is nothing to suggest you will get anything out of being here. You cannot even claim a moral victory. Try again.

  • @troglodyte3344 Hi, thanks for responding.

I understand your confusion. The easiest way to bring you up to speed is for you to detail what the police have to do with static camera operation? Once you understand how the system functions, only then can you understand why the police could care less about the above clip.

Your response clearly shows you labour under common misconceptions.

  • @lollygaggle The replies that you get to your comments show that you labour under the misconception that anyone gives a rats shit about you. If you know so much about the police then who are you?

  • @troglodyte3344 Hi, thanks for replying.

I acknowledge you have declined to supply anything that supports your view regarding why the police would be in any way compromised by such criminal damage.

It isn't 'so much about the police', it is the misinformation that persists about speed enforcement. As much as 99% of all speed detections are produced by civilians & not police.

    Hope this helps.

  • @lollygaggle We'll I have seen countless speeds cameras checked and refilled by Police. I also note that you have yet to supply information on how you know so much about police activities?

  • @troglodyte3344 Hi, you have used 'countless', can you supply an actual figure & the constabularies in question?

It isn't about 'police', it is speed enforcement.

  • @lollygaggle Quid pro Quo. You say: "as much as 99% of all speed detections are produced by civilians & not Police." Please provide sources and website links. I would also like to point out that use of the ampersand in a statement such as a comment or poaragraph is not the correct use of grammar. I know you feel that you write so eloquently but it does actually show your educational roots when you use it so incorrectly. The world 'Grammar Chav' springs to mind.

  • @troglodyte3344 Hi, thanks for responding.

Yes, I sympathise with your confusion, but not all information is available on the internet. You will need to submit a freedom of information request to gain access to that information, I only have it in hard copy format.

Can you prove your father's name via this medium?

Is a 'poaragraph' a form of South American forest dweller?

  • @lollygaggle WOW, you've been trolling youtube for years, I remember your name.

  • @troglodyte3344 Hi, back to my request that you have ignored.

You stated; 'We'll I have seen countless speeds cameras checked and refilled by Police.' (note the totally inappropriate use of apostrophe).

I then asked you for; '..an actual figure & the constabularies in question?'

The ampersand reduces the number of characters used by 2 every time 'and' is required, thus giving you more space to supply other characters.

  • @lollygaggle Yes, the difference between you and I is that I know that I am on you tube. You seem to think you are not. The reason you are a grammar chav is because like chavs who dress up in expensive clothing to seem rich you are doing the same with your language. You are trying to seem educated and yet I bet you never made it past secondary school. Please provide sources for the information you have quoted or fuck off you cunt.

  • @troglodyte3344 Hi, thanks for responding.

Your best bet is 'pepipoo'. Simply ask the question there.

Open the search engine of your choice, type 'pepipoo'.

    Hope this helps.

Don't forget, 'we'll' is a contraction of 'we will'.

  • @lollygaggle 'whatsover' is not an actual word. Try again.

  • @lollygaggle It is an inappropriate use of the ampersand. You simply cannot use it to reduce characters in a paragraph.

  • @troglodyte3344 Hi, thanks for responding.

Regarding the ampersand. You have clearly cited the location as being YouTube. All kinds of literary styles & forms are in everyday use. There is nothing whatsover to suggest that an ampersand cannot be used.

I have & will use it continually.

    Hope this helps.

  • @lollygaggle please provide links to the reference materials and page numbers that prove your claim.

  • @troglodyte3344 Hi, thanks for responding.

    Which documents are you citing?

  • @lollygaggle It is noted that you have not supplied references for all of your claims.

  • @lollygaggle you have failed to provide evidence for all of your claims.

  • @troglodyte3344 Quite.

Hi, you have used 'countless', can you supply an actual figure & the constabularies in question?

  • @lollygaggle Just like I thought....

  • NICE

  • @XTee500 you are lollygaggle

  • @hanghoodiescum Oh poo, you got me. How did you find out?

  • @XTee500 he sounds like a fuckin lonely farmer ..and yip lock the dude up in his rubber cell lol

  • what sort of name is fuckin lollygaggle lol

  • @hanghoodiescum Sort? Names come in 'sorts'?

  • @lollygaggle gagglelolly lol

  • @lollygaggle ??????? tit

  • 25-30k £££ ?? our tax money ??

  • @Andrewxs83 Hi, yes, tax money. In the period from 2007 to April 2011, only running costs were returned from central government, meaning all criminal damage repair was funded by the tax payer.

The above gentlemen were making a video about riding at speeds in excess of 170mph on public roads & the clip is from their DVD. They were both arrested & also found in possession of animal cruelty footage.

  • A big thanks from the best van keep on burning :)

  • @shaneashbar What is a best van?

  • @lollygaggle lol i am w dot thebestvanman dot co dot uk :)

  • Haha briliant, someone did the same thing near where i live

  • @DaveMonty011 Hi, I am sure those who pay taxes will not agree. It is all very well smiling about such things on your way to school, but when you get a job & like for like repairs take place at your expense, it isn't quite so funny.

  • @lollygaggle i do have a job, i do pay taxes, yet i still find this humourous. sure i'm abit miffed that my hard earned money goes towards repairing vandalism like this, rather than going to the military or the NHS. but nevertheless it's still a funny thing to do.

  • @DaveMonty011 Can you elaborate as to why you find it amusing?

  • @lollygaggle speed cameras are only really intended to make money, it's only a inconvienience for drivers as most (including me) just speed up again afterwards. and the fact that these guys have had the balls to set fire to one is a metephorical finger to the government to uniquely show thier displeasure with the yellow boxes....which i find amusing. lighten up buddy.

  • @DaveMonty011 Hi, but the government could care less, the tax payer footed the bill. They set fire to the housing for a commercial venture, not anything to do with their 'displeasure'.

Speed enforcement in the UK has run at a loss since 2007 when the netting-off system was dropped & all incentive to maximise detections vanished.

It has nothing to do with lightening up, it is solely about public misinformation.

  • @lollygaggle well, your intimate knowledge on speed cameras is unquestionable but be that as it may, i care not for the motive of them setting fire to a speed camera. i still find it funny and without a doubt the sociopolitical debate we have incurred on taxes and the government is one of the most interesting instances of conversation i have ever experienced.

on a serious note, your hard on for speed cameras is a little disconcerting. good day to you.

  • @DaveMonty011 Hi, thanks for responding, however you are confused.

The basis for the general view on speed enforcement is based upon misinformation & that is the foundational reason for my reply.

Whenever speed camera revenue figures are quoted, you never see the corresponding running costs produced alongside them.

They have cost more to run than they produced, this is why funding has been withdrawn.

I understand the truth can indeed be disconcerting, but I hope it helps.

  • @lollygaggle i couldn't care less about speed cameras, i just said it was funny that someone set fire to one, and the fact that you feel the need to start a debate, and talk down to everyone that says that this video's funny is a little sad and worrying.

I think i speak for everyone when i say that 90% of the people you respond to couldn't give a shit about speed cameras, and your keyboard warrior approach is actually quite annoying. so lighten up and stop talking down to everyone..

  • @DaveMonty011 Hi, I merely questioned why the actions of motorcyclists who filmed themselves on the public highway riding in excess of 170mph, involved in animal cruelty & criminal damage that the tax payer footed the bill for, could be seen as amusing?

My apologies though that you feel worried & annoyed, I often overlook that many people allow their internal state to be compromised by facts & figures.

  • @lollygaggle Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz....

  • @BIRVS Hi, I am mystified why you have posted something from a faulty keyboard?

XTee had keyboard battery problems, perhaps you could try changing your's, as he appears to have the same fault?

  • that's a thing of beauty

  • Personally Gatso's have never caused a problem for me on a bike since you have no plate on the front if it's forward facing, you time to slow if it takes from the back, but if you do get caught out wrap your foot round the plate ha.

  • @BIRVS Hi, wouldn't the wrapping your foot around the VRM idea be a bit too late to have any benefit?

How do you avoid being caught by mobile enforcement?

  • @lollygaggle Sure you're not a copper with that talk haha ;), depends how fast you're going and how nimble you are i suppose, as for the second question hope you are as fast as ghost rider or stu-pid ? lol

  • @BIRVS Hi, you typed 'but if you do get caught out' = the image has been recorded = too late.

  • @BIRVS Hi, I will add that mobile enforcement incorporates a video camera system alongside the speedscope, married to a powerful lens. The scope has an operational range of 999.9m & the offence will be recorded before you can even see the parked enforcement vehicle.

Approaching m/cycles will have their VRM recorded by simply using the Concept system that allows image recording in both directions.

  • Comment removed

  • @BIRVS Hi, I am merely adding pertinent detail. However, if you believe that there are occasions where your speed is so excessive that attempting to place a foot around your VRM would be quicker than simply braking, then you are free to try whatever ploys you wish to attempt to avoid prosecution.

  • Comment removed

  • @lollygaggle hugs and kisses mwah xoxoxox

  • @BIRVS Hi, I acknowledge your good wishes.

  • nice one

  • Burn the lot of them love it

  • @WorksopGimp Hi, are you aware that by destroying overt, bright yellow housings that can be seen from a long way off, has brought the UK to a state of increased mobile enforcement? Had the static cameras been left alone, giving people an advanced warning & allowing them to slow down, there wouldn't be the situation that now exists.

Not to mention what it costs the tax payer!

    Extremely selfish & shortsighted.

  • i cleaned up several post that were marked spam but weren't really spam. one troll was blocked. happy new year!
