Madara isn't strong as fox but able to tame it with his eyes. 4th sealed it in Naruto so he has access to more chakra than Madara so he has a chance to defeat him. Naruto and Sasuke will need to team up, but it won't be enough.

Madara copied 4th's special flicker time/space move when they fought. Naruto will need to learn it if he wants to be able to hit Madara with his rasenshuriken. Else even with Sasuke's eyes, Naruto won't manage to hit Madara.
