@PrototypeB1ade Parkour has been around for centuries, he was able to give it a recognizable name and specific techniques. He is the founder of the journey itself, not the movement. He is not the only one who developed it however. He and a group of friends he met in Lisses when he was 15 created the Yamakasi. Look them up, as well as Sebastien Foucan. Hope this helped :D

you dont really need to train from infancey to reach that david belle develped most of his skills on his own nowadays people get taught fundmentals and learn them very quickly however repaitition and body develpment takes time but in the end up its all good :)

Anybody placing Ilabaca and Belle in the same category hasn't a clue. Ilabaca is not a traceur. David Belle is the person who 'founded' Parkour. You could never put anybody else in the same category as him.

Belle has had alot more training in his life and i don't think you can put those two in the same catergory. Illabaca is great i'm not disagreeing with you. but i met belle and the vibe he gives off and the way you see how he carrys him self shows how advanced he his.

yeah, but danny has trained for a long time as well. i think that you can definately put them in a catagory of their own, as they are both above probably everyone else. i dont think you can do a straight comparason on traceurs, but you can say "this person is bloody good". i think that danny, seb, stephan, and david should most certainly be put in the same catagory. along with a few others. then in the catagory below that, would be people like blane, binary, jason from sin clan, etc.
