message to all beginners that want to do freerunning, or if you already to it well theres is this free style gymnastics place called K2 GYM its the safest way to start out or if you want to try new things. (this is for people that live in england)

I am sick and tired of people making the false assumption that Parkour and Freerunning are different. THEY ARE THE SAME. the only reason we call it freerunning is because it was the closest thing english people could understand 'Parkour' to mean when translated from French to english when it first originated from the Yamakasi. Parkour/Freerunning/whatever you want to call it, its ALL THE SAME THING, movement is movement, its an ART FORM NOT A SPORT, thus movement is UNLIMITED to the individual

@TraceurSteel The definition has developed over time into something different though haha Parkour is supposed to be efficient/smooth movement from point a to b and frerunning is adding acrobatics or flips etc. Fairly similar but not quite. I guess its down to opi9nion
