Love that lead guitar. Clean and crisp and hard and biting when it needs to be. Today's guitar players should take note. It doesn't all have to be loud and muddy and distorted.
@rockinredneck57 I know it's not quiet, but the guitar's sound itself is crisp and clear not all muddied up and over distorted. You can have your amp turned up high and still deliver a clean sound.
Thanks for the videos, saw them at Dallas Alley sep '89 just prior to these. Had a great time. Steve Stone did an excellent job at guitar, Say hello to the Hammonds.
Hey briteamerican, Thanks for the kind words on the Dallas show in 89. I remember that being a great show myself, I actually have a live board recording of it.A lot of the shows we did are a blur to me, but I remember playing Dallas alley and having a great time, Sean Burke
awesome, if you have any footage from the Atlanta Champagne Jam concerts in the seventies, would be too cool, I haven't found anyone with footage of those.
@ARSLive what you didnt have your digital video recorder with you? at least your cell phone? just kidding. we know you werent allowed to bring your cellphone or HD video camera with you in the 70s. ;-)
silliness aside, this is some great quality though. thanks a bunch for the memories..
This is a live performance but it's as tight as any studio recording! Such great musicians!
