Okay, I totally power cleaned this ...not by intention it was all nerves. (I'm the 70 Kilo power cleaner about the middle of the video). the jerk...not sure about that. sort of inspired by Kenrick Ferris I think but whatever works! Also, not the way I normally jerk...I need to compete more.
