Courts work on facts, not sentiments.

The feelings of one side or another are irrelevant. This is an easy case. Obama sends someone with a real certificate (with a relief seal on it). And also show proof that his parent was a USA citizen at the moment he was born. Thus proving he has the eligibility.

The 14th Amendment did not exist in 1787 and it did not amend Article 2 Section 1 of the US Constitution. The 14th Amendment only defines a "First Generation Citizen".
