I don't think it looks unnatural. It's approx. the gearbox position of a lot of real racing cars. The advantage is the very short distance between gearbox and wheel to minimize the time with only one hand at the wheel.

Sure, I don't think the force feedback has the same strength like a 700HP car :) but anyway, it give's us at least the feeling of a little bit of realism.

Works really well, the rubber mounts hug well to the wooden floor. Only a couple of times in the 6-7 months I have had it, the set up has slipped. And that was because the cleaning lady had just finished cleaning, and the floor was very slippery.

I am thinking of getting the Logitech G25 and looks like you have it. Is it worth it? I have a manual car and this is why im so interested in this product. Does it actually compare to an actual vehicle? I hope it does cause i love to drive :D

For a desktop PC, I have CH flight pedals (flightSimulator) and found I had to velcro them to a shelf board, lay board on the carpet, and then bolt the board to the desktop legs. Otherwise the pedals moved an inch or so sometimes when used. Bad!

This device here must be a wonderfully clever and stable design? Of course my PS3 has no solid desk, and is controlled while sitting on couch just like yours which is why I never tried console racing or flying, thought it impossible. Apparently not!
