I was just thinking of Mark just now while looking for some Creative Commons music. I knew him pretty well 20 years ago. He used to do a lot of music with this program called OCTA MED.

I realized that I got OCTAMED Soundstudio a few years after I made that performance on TV. I would've remembered....:)

I just noticed it's not Soundstudio, which has a different sound engine i know some people dont like.

I dont think there was a version -not- marked "professional" that wasnt simply called "MED" was there? I nly got into it myself from version 4.

Before I used MED, I tried out the SMUS programs.. like Music Studio, Deluxe Music Construction Set, and Sonix. The latter was a much better SMUS program.

However, a friend recommended MED. At first I was not into it, but since then I've been able to create thousands of songs with MED, OCTAMED, OCTAMED PRO and now OCTAMED Soundstudio. I owe it all to RBF Software and my friends at Yourself Presents. :)
