I made a part of this animation in class. Each student was to morph from one object to the other. My part was the shoe morphing to the yellow car.

Lovely metamorphasis. I noticed at the beginning it said 'columbia college' How good is their illustration program, I'm considering them for college. (though I'm also in to animation)

Im in film, so I really dont know, but it looks like you got a great talent at drawing, so I would say go there just for the animation part of it, you can major in that. It involves drawing, on-stand, cut out, clay... basically anything you want to use. I took animation I and I thought that class was awesome... although EXTREMELY DEMANDING on homework and frames.

Ah ok, thanks! I will definately look into it! Though I'm not surprised by how demanding it would be, animation does take quite a while!
