  • Hello, I love how at 3:08 how the sprinkles are floating in the pendant. If you dont mind me asking, how did you get it to do that? Did you have to wait a certain amount of time for the resin to harden first? I want to experiment with my new glitters but I dont want th glitter to sink to the bottom :/

  • @AdamarisCraftsss Pour a very thin layer of resin down let it get tacky (Like the thickness of molasses) and then add a few sprinkles in, then let it cure (or completely harden) then add another thing layer of resin and repeat the process until your mold is full or until you are satisfied :-)

  • How do you put gitter into the resin?

  • @Krizii1 Pour a very thin layer, let set up, sprinkle glitter in, then pour another layer. :-)

  • U R soooooo cute & fun! TY very much for making this down to earth, easy to use video. I am gathering supplies as we speak to make these & am very excited i found your video. U make it look so easy, lol I cant wait to get started. Big TY ((HUGS)) Anna (california gurl)

  • @bigdaddyweakley Thank you. :-)

  • @CandianCupcake Thanks ! :-) Got my molds from Resin Obsession [dot] com and Hobby Lobby. I got my Resin Mix from Hobby Lobby.

  • How did you get the candies to look like the were floating like on the backside of the star

  • @Talk2Terrie Pour a thin layer of resin, let it cure for a bit, then pour the candies. :-)

  • Great Ideas =D Have you had any experience buying any art supplies off of ebay ?

  • @Tresisme1 I have bought canvases, paints, resin supplies & other stuff on eBay. There are some great sellers with great deals on eBay.

  • @AFateSoTwisted Thanks .. I may have to go on & see what I can find. =) Ohhh Shucks .... =) LoL

  • I've just started to dabble in a bit of resin myself. I think you can colour the resin with eyeshadow powder, if you want to get a solid plain colour. Can't wait to see your bangle.

  • I hope you bring some of your pretties with you to St4....may even sell some there.

  • so what exactly are these? plastic, glass? they look like they would be fun.

  • @Tyses Plastic liquid. When the resin is mixed with the hardening agent, it becomes a very durable hard plastic. It is a lot of fun ! I think I may just make bangles once I get the hang of this. I can't really find a use for the small pieces. :-)

  • @AFateSoTwisted You can hand drill holes into the small pieces, use jump rings and attach the smaller pieces to make cute charm bracelets or wire wrapped rings :)

  • Did you get a resin kit at hobby lobby or did you just puchase resin separate?

They are adorable! Good job :)

  • @lovinmanhattan I purchased everything separate. They don't have kits at our local Hobby Lobby. Thank you ! :-)

  • love them all hunny...on my way to your store. ty ty

  • Very cute!

  • These are extremely cute. Definately sell them. Maybe they're too heavy for earings? Make keychains :)

  • I had a resin kit when I was young...It was a gift from a teacher.

when the supplies ran out I was sad cause I enjoyed making stuff

with it. Can U tell me where u bought the stuff? I'd love to do that again :)

  • I love them would love one of those.
