I wish that all people making cheese would apply their resources in an ethical way... just think of the DIVERSE ETHICAL GOOD TASTING CHEESE MARKET THAT THERE WOULD BE.
Just got the word on this from our purchaser - it's only available for restaurants at the moment - we'll check next with our prepared foods manager to see if they would make some tasty vegan pizzas with it...we'll keep you posted!

as long as they dont have CASEIN... its like food companies try to slip in all sorts of negative processed byproducts so CHECK YOUR INGREDIENTS!
I am on whole foods atm, but could sacrifice the corn-based starch/sugar in the TEESE for a nice cheesy snack!
