In english it would be like:

1st one: Aki-aki-akita (Akita is a place in Japan), when you bite it you go funyan nyan nyan nyan nyan funyan, when you bite it you go funyan nyan nyan nyan nyan, when you bite it it's soft Fit's Lotte.

The 2nd one is the same just change Akita for Nara :).

FYI: Kamu to = (When you...) bite it (you go/ the natural reaction would be...), Funyan is a...sound of some sorts, and Yawakara = soft :)
