The 3DS bundle is infact $169, we just got ours in and it was the correct price. We assume that since the Nintendogs and Pearl 3DS are considered less popular choices, they are trying to bring people towards possibly picking it up instead of the very popular Flame Red or Cosmic Black.

@marocel I full heartily agree. Their appearances in the Legend of Zelda commercials really helped the sales and for celebrating the franchise's 25th anniversary. The fact that they themselves are Zelda fans is even more admirable.

nope I will not review the XL version, its the same as 3DS..and actually the HD game doesn't look much different then the Wii one. The cut scenes are choppy like the 3DS, there is no voice acting, other then an occasional word and the narrator. Combat is just as poor as before and story mode platforming is badly broken. Only up side is the additional characters, online play & more stages...that's it. Part of the reason why its 30 bucks for Wii and 40 for Ps3 & 360.

@kNIGHTWING01 and you just wrote a simple review :) you talked about the voice acting, the bad aspects, the good aspects, additions from the 3DS, and your opinion on it. the only thing you left out was a rating which i take is either the same or possibly 1 number up (due to additions and i know how much you LOVE online play)

im looking forward to your LP and i might buy the Wii version for my bro (hes 14 and likes the 3DS version)

@DethMagnetik Not sure what was wrong around that Walmart, but I know we had 72 Wiis and 46 3DS' and sold all 72 Wiis and 37 of the 3DS bundles. It got alot of hardware out to people who had been thinking of buying a gaming console or getting into 3D but just hadn't done it yet.

With the boost in sales for the Wii and Zelda, then Nintendo can put a lot of support in for it in 2012.

Please NoA, announce those Operation Rainfall games, among others, in the December - Early 2012 announcements. This shows that people are still interested in the Wii and playing awesome games. Support the Wii till the very end and even after. DO NOT pull a N64 and Gamecube.

I thought it was a rip-off that the "sale price" for the 3DS bundles was $180. I was on the fence with getting the Zelda bundle, but that price was just too high to make me push the button.

I also heard that it's going to be based on the recent Superhero movies over the past few years though I don't see how they're going to do Wonder Woman, Flash and Aquaman if they don't have movies yet.

Iron and X-Men aren't part of DC. Also the last Batman game was an original, only featuring locations based on the LEGO Play sets and music from the Tim Burton films.
