@stardocker I received it from a private dealer & yes it does come w/ multiple settings from fast to slow, has like 15+ patterns. has a lot. I forget how many. But its worth it. Comes as a kit.
@squeaky3 It's a kit you can buy, had to solder everything for it to work. As long as you have steady hands and some knowledge about solder, you should be ok.
