for starters i'd say 3 and 4 tie for last in starters, but overall 4th gen has worst pokemon :P

@shadowgilgamesh ok i will argue that mainly because 1st, 2nd and 5th gen had their bad pokemon and i have to say Garchomp, Spiritomb, and Drapion are some of the best pokemon i've ever seen

just as 1st, 2nd and 5th have their bad pokemon, 4th had their good. none of them are all good or bad, but 4th overall is really not that great.
