I like Brian Johnson (a fellow Geordie from South Shields no less) and not that I'm detracting from his obvious talent,but Bon Scott has got one of those really distinct and genuine Rock and Roll voices that defines them and they're sound,the only other I can think of off the topp of my head anything like as genuine and sincere is Chris Cornell of Soundgarden.Something of a shared soul there.
