This isn't picking. It's called shimming. There is literally no skill involved here that isn't beyond a kindergarten level.

Picking involves the proper manipulation of the pins in the cylinder of a lock, as well as the proper application of torque on the plug. Shimming involves cutting a coke can into a wedge shape and jamming it into a gap between the shackle and the lock housing.

my parents used to use these exact same type of master locks on their bedroom door when i was younger... they come with a part that SCREWS onto the door and door frame... if you are entering a building with this lock on the outside of a door... UNSCREW IT... thats what i did hahahaha worked like a charm LOL (i was like what 15 years old lol) and 23 now so it was a long time ago
