This is a great interview. One of Shatner's best. When he talk about his childhood, and the differences between growing up in Israel and then in America, those are the kinds of stories that I enjoy hearing from Gene Simmons.

I love Gene because he's an entertainer - I never believe a word he says, because I know he's doing it to make a buck, and God bless him for that...but when he tells this little story about his mom and gets choked up...I buy it completely. I think it might be one of the only genuine Gene Simmons moments ever caught on film.

Bill is a great interviewer. He gets really intimate with them, they seem to want to open up to him. He just has a presence to him, an aura or whatnot. The atmosphere always seems really calm and carefree. And his guests are interesting.

It is really one of the best talk shows I've ever seen.
