sure,

get started by cleaning the skin of your palmhand (best with soap), do not leave any oil or grease.

now simply rub any part of your palm against the surface of the senter note untill you will feel a sertain resistance- this is the point where the vibration is created. keep on rubbing, try to increase and sustain the vibration.

it is posible to get a fiew different overtones this way, simply by changing the rubbing location.
