Where r the comments? This is the only debate about possible fairness & it is dated 2009. What happened did men get screwed agai? Were there petitions, did men march n2 the streets & burn their shorts? Did men march on Parliament r stage sit-ins r cry 2 TV stations like women do? Of course not, that is why nothing has happenened. Women act out, men walk out. Best interest of kids happens to b huge amounts of $ pd to judges & lawyers in a corrupt legal system. Vote all incumbents out, no xception

What the woman lawyer means is don't rock the boat. Don't disrupt the lucrative corrupt family courts n U.S., U.K. & Canada etc. It doesn't matter how bitter the divorce is r how much they hate each other u will see compromise if courts kept their noses out of it. It all comes down to upper hand. Who has the upper hand. If u have upper hand over your boss u get promotion whether u deserve it or not. If woman has upper hand (fems took care of that)in divorce she gets what she wants man gets screw
