That's a good idea, in theory, but, if We assume that it's a legitamate service, full of law abiding people; run by the banks that hold Your money, and so on.

Tell Me, What happens when:

I go abroad, and want to withdraw My money, with a Pre-pay SIM card, from THAT country, that I buy; AFTER I get there?

My Mobile Phone rings, then suddenly cuts out, because I have no battery left.

I'm in a dead signal zone, or, My services die, because the GRPS. Sat. Is not alligned properly.
