this is essentially what native americans used for hunting fur bearers during the colonial times in Canada and the US. they even hunted bear with these, but bigger of course, using a huge log other then a piece of stone/concrete.
So what is the plan for this, neighborhood cats? I'm not accustomed to finding nicely cut platforms or concrete pillars in the wilderness. Despite that, a how to make video would have been more interesting for me, the core concept looks usefull.
Nice trap! Do you know of any poison that keeps away rats or other animals away from the house?? my cellar is filled with rats :P
