I tried this, was fighting for 3 hours straight.. didnt hit once, rune arrows/dark bow, blessed z set..? When I mage, she stompes and I get kicked from fight, advice please?

@xxt00mxx You have to light fires using the can, the number of fires lit x 101 = damage dealt

what's her max hit and what would you recommend: magic,ranged or melee?

@Ilessthan3linkinpark Ranged is recommended, as it is the fastest style of attack, and the damage dealt is based on how many fires are lit, not on the weapon strength or anything. Her max hit is around 250 (melee range only) usually, but when enraged, her max hit goes up to 990.

I haven't done the battle, but I am interested to see how well various specials work against her (for example, the vine whip special, dds, and dragon claws), and will try that when I do.

funny i used d bow for this, id light around 7-10 fires run and shoot long range, light some more, shoot again

this is pissing me off i keep running out of run energy and i keep dying because of the wall of fire.. i suggest energy pots to everyone

@number15jr or a Lumbridge ring & use the recover run energy

Hoenstly, its best just to bring only the bare essentials, no armour etc & use spotted/spottier cape & boots of lightness etc

@ChirumiruCirno i used terrorbird for tireless run, range gear for better accuracy and just run around the room all the time, just bashing through the firewall xD

Note: the last fight is not the hard part of this quest, its the 6th room that kills u. (boss is room 12)

With claws u can hit insane, 13 fires = 1300X4, with spec restore u can kill in 6 claws specs or so

@ChirumiruCirno Thanks. I completed the quest few hours ago. It was easier than I thought. I don't think this quest deserves to have grandmaster rank. I didnt even use my food in this battle.

To get the pet you go back in the cave & talk to Char (but you need 91 FM)

@ski11z3r3 yes it is u need to wear book u get as shield and and activate and run accross logs to burn, u can get 4 pets but u need 91 fm and do a weekly event there

@wonderwu Correct, I prefered to use the alerter/accumulator/attractor for the range boost & knife pickup, Plus if you use range you should be fine like i was

i got up to 20 fires lit at the begginning. hit 2121's off her lol xD she's easy, but when she's in rage mode, she hits hard :)
