The feet are positioned like a fetal position. You might consider it to be like a frog. They do go out a little to the side. Basically their legs are too small to come out the bottom, so you keep them inside however you feel you are both most comfortable.

I don´t understand how the feet are placed? Is it like frog position, or is the baby just laying towards one side?
And also, the wrap should be much tighter - like a tight t-shirt.
