1.You can break lockpicks faster by sneaking and being unseen it will make it so you don't leave the the actual lock window

2.If you go to wait 48 hours as soon as you hit (a) on wait and you press the xbox button on your controller the time goes down significantly faster

You don't need to kill the merchant, just save then ask what he has for sale or injure him/her then load saved ^.^ but killing is fun too xD

You can also do this by getting the Skeleton Key through the Thieve's Guild. It is an unbreakable lockpick that will save a lot of time. 1. Join the Thieve's Guild. 2. Complete all missions up to Darkness Returns. 3. Go to the training room in The Ragged Flagon that Bullet showed you. 4. Enjoy level 100 lockpick! :)

from Dawnstar you can buy the picks then steal the money back. this will help with speech if your skill is at 100. And if you don't talk to the jarl in whiterun no dragons in world yet.

on 360 to get the lockpicks to respawn from the invisible chest you dont need to keep running back and fort, you can wait 2 days infront of the chest and the money and lockpics ect with all respawn.

I was in the thieves guild and I was talking to someone there to start a quest and a kajhit came and started attacking me randomly after that everyone started trying to kill me I havnt been back there in a while but I think they just screwed the main quest and thieves guild quest line for me

Another way for Tonilia to reset her inventory is to save the game after buying them all, attack her (don't have to kill her) then reload the game. Her inventory will be reset. Then just buy them all again, save, same again. Much faster than waiting 48 hours.

An easier way for the guy to restock on lockpicks is to save, kill the owner of the store, and load the saved game to see that he restocked.

2. Kill The Vendor (Any Way).

3. Load The Game To The Save In Step 1.

Also when your in the thieves guild go to the room where they sleep and search every chest there is about 15 in each and there is about 9 chests

If you crouch while you are breaking the lockpicks, you will not cancel out of the lockpick screen and have to redo the animation of setting it up. You will just be able to keep on breaking the lock picks.

A REALLY fast way to get 150-250 Lockpicks in 2 seconds is if you're in the thieves guild you go to the main meeting area where all the people sleep in thieves guild and go around to all the chests by the beds and in each chest will be about 30 lockpicks.

If you want to make your waiting go faster, turn on save on wait in the settings menu, so then wait up to 24 hours, after you press A, press the Xbox Guide button and leave it open. You will here the clicking thing in the game go a lot faster
