i'm 6'5'' 245lbs former professional basketball I would need about 2407 calories a day to maintain normal function in the body how would I be able obtain that in 5 or even ten bites that is insane what school did he go to?
In reference to this video- I received the sweetest personal note & question from a woman considering a bariatric weight-loss procedure - thought I would share my answer to her publicly: (Cont....)
I would not be being honest if I didn't admit that I had looked into the option of a surgical weight-loss procedure when I was at my heaviest. In the end, it was not the road that I chose to walk, but it is an understandable consideration for many who have great quantities of weight to lose & a long road ahead of them to accomplish that loss. (Cont....)
I believe that it is important to remember that the purpose of bariatric surgery is to physically control your ABILITY to overeat - but it is also important to understand that the procedures will not change the physical and psychological ever-present feelings of hunger that you will experience when you cut back on your caloric intake. (Cont....)
So, I believe the key to the success of this method is not to think, "Either I have to have weight-loss surgery OR I have to start moving my body and learning how to live with that ever-present feeling of intense hunger."
The key is that one has to be truly, unconditionally committed to BOTH.

How did that guy become a doctor? An even better question: how is he able to survive on that diet?!
