  • I absolutely LOVE the look of these flowers...think I'll decorate a purse with some, or make a headband. What a great way to use old jeans!

  • @CraftForFree I'm glad you enjoyed!

  • I am soooo seeing that denim lollipop flower on a fabric tutu!!! Too cute!

  • @klaritydawn Thanks for watching!

  • cheap way 2 make colored buttons is 2 have plain ones like shown in your video + color in the buttons with permanent marker. i found this out by experimenting! the colors that work best so far are red, black, and yellow. but don't color the bottom because if glue is going to touch it because the color will run. but the good thing is that the markers don't cover up any pearlised effects on the button and the colour seems to sit smoothly with no streaks.

  • @sjclassics Yes, alcohol based markers are great for that :) Thanks for watching!

  • Great flowers! I am really into denim now, so I will be making these for sure! I'll have to figure out a different die to use though since I don't have the tattered florals die! TFS!

  • @susi1662 I bet any other flower die would make great denim flowers :)

  • @smscrapper Yes, they do. I've used both my flowers #3 & 4 also to make flowers. (I haven't done much with them yet though, lol!). I tried my hand at making a denim ribbon rose yesterday, and it's kinda cute.

  • where can i get the patterns?

  • @wendyperez100 They are not patterns. They were cut using different Sizzix dies----standard circle die and the tattered rose die by Tim Holtz. Hope that helps!
