jst wondering but how do u get the go kart? i jst cant seem to think how lol :)

everyone seems to have this problem, you have to beat the go kart races in the carnival, that unlocks the city races, beat the 3 of them and you get the go kart. Only problem is that you can beat all the races in chapter 2 except the last one. You have to unlock the Blue Skies area of Bullworth to be able to access the last race.
