@GuitarsAreMagic You are high. Choose any Yamaha you like. Martin destroys the Yamaha. The greatest Yamaha can't touch a DXR1 the cheapest Martin made. You are living in a fantasy land. Yamaha will never come close to a D1 Martin which list around 1100-1200,and sells for 899.
My buddy has one. it was his dad's over 30 years old sounds amazing, although the action is terrible on it. It is so HIGH, so we sanded the saddle down and its so much easier to play.
its just that the guitar is 25 yrs old and its a great sounding guitar,, i play the guitar everyday now,, my dad occationally play it because of work,, now i dont see him alot but when i play the guitar i always remember dad..
This guitar sounds great and only costs 150 a good deal.Any time i go into a store and look at acustics i always play this one and love it.I will be getting it in tabacco sunburst soon.
maybe you should have played drums

i got one for $100 and it sounds like a $1000 martin, the yamaha is more simple, nothing electronic

I own an FG335S. I like it. I had to change out the saddle and nut with bone but plays great nd sounds wonerful. Thank you!
