Just have to say that Don Ross is truly one of my favourite guitar players ever. Not primarily for his tecnical skill, which is ridiculously good, but primarily for his style and sound which, for me, is just outstandingly and utterly incredible. His sound is very powerful and original and it's something that really excites me and catches my interest. Not a lot of music has this profound impact on me, even if I like almost all music there is.

Guys like Don Ross, Andy Mckee, and Antoine Dufour are all a huge inspiration to me. I've been playing guitar for about ten years and for a while I was strictly a blues/rock player. Now I try to incorporate fingerstyle, jazz, flamenco, and elements of funk into my playing. All of these candyrat guys are extremely talented and deserve more recognition than what they are getting. I was thrilled to see Andy Mckee jamming with Lee Ritenour and Steve Lukather, but I think we need a little more collab
