Did you take classes to help you learn how to draw or is this what you picked up along the way? I'd very much like to learn how but I gotta get past that being frustrated by it not being as great as the image looks in my head, I'm a bit of a perfectionist ^^;

use different layers for the skelet and the outlining and stuff so you can hide the skelet when done with the outlining, that should give a better view of the muppet.

btw, a hint on recording.

use a program like fraps, camtasia or similar to record directly, and use a headset micro to record your voice. That way you get way way better quality Video.

I don't understand what you mean by short sketch lines. Also, I consider it criticism if you tell me how one of the arms looks "weird" and if you could actually point out which one it is. This video isn't meant to be a masterpiece, but just a learning aid for people who want to learn how to draw.

I loved this tutorials but if I HAD to criticise I would say that maybe you draw the shoulders a little to broad and masculine for a female character. That could be what the previous poster meant.
